Delivery on Club Light FX Products is a standard rate of £35.00. A delivery confirmation will be sent once your order has been processed.
All islands, highlands and remote area deliveries will be subject to additional charges for delivery which you will be notified of once we have received the order. Alternatively please contact the sales office on 01942 843 705 to confirm what this charge will be prior to the order being placed.
Delivery as standard is kerb side to a ground floor site. In most cases this will be between the hours of 8.30am and 6pm and will be on a normal working day (this does not include unpack aging and positioning). Larger items may be delivered on a pallett and will need to be removed by site, dimensions shown for the products are for the unit itself and do not include packaging.
Delivery lead times will vary dependant upon the product. We will always try to deliver goods within three working days where possible. Your delivery date will be confirmed with your order confirmation.
Special overnight deliveries are possible on some products dependant upon stock availability. If you require the product urgently please contact the office and if it is possible we will be able to give you a price for an express delivery.
In addition to this, special deliveries are available on some products, if you require the item for example on a first floor, please contacts the sales office, and if possible, we will give you a price for this service.
Extra services such as unpackaging and positioning of products as well as disposal of the old unit may be available. If you are interested in this service on the product you are looking at please contact the sales office for details.
IMPORTANT: it is the customers responsibility to ensure all items will fit onto the premises, please check all door dimensions to ensure the product will fit onto site. Any charges caused by an aborted delivery due to this will be passed onto the customer.
Goods must be checked on receipt before you sign the delivery note, any goods not checked and signed for may not be able to be claimed for should any issues arise through damage.
Any refused delivery charges from suppliers will be passed onto the customer where appropriate.
